Policy

Own Damage

Protects insured’s vehicle against loss or damage due to accident as well as loss due to theft.

Personal Accident Cover

Provide indemnity (benefits) for loss resulting directly or solely from bodily injuries caused by external accident causes while the insured/authorized driver or any of his or her passengers are riding in, boarding or alighting from the insured vehicle.

Benefits provided are as follows:

  • Death
  • Permanent Disablement or Dismemberment
  • Medical or Surgical Treatment

Third Party Liability Cover

Compulsory Third Party Liability(CTPL- a prerequiste for all registered vehicles), Excess Bodily Injury, Property Damage Protects Insured against liability arising out of loss or damage to other person’s properties (Property Damage) and or injuries of third parties (Bodily Injury).

Loss of Use Cover (Series II)

A FIRST IN THE COUNTRY! Provides Transportation Reimbursement of Php 500.00 per day, for a maximum of fifteen days, while your car is undergoing repairs due to an accident covered by the Policy.

Loss of Use benefits starts on the 4th day the insured vehicle undergoes repair at any shop authorized by the Malayan. In case of car-napped vehicles, the transportation allowance starts on the 4th day following the report of such theft to the Philippine National Police (PNP).

Available for Private Vehicles with Comprehensive Covers for a minimum premium of only Php 600.00

Definition of Terms

Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL)

Mandatory insurance for a possible liability to a third party (person).

Own Damage

Covers accidental damages done to insured vehicle.

Loss or Theft

Covers damages on car caused by theft (e.g broken door locks).

Excess Bodily Injury (EBI)

Medical or death compensation for injured third parties (person).

Property Damage

Covers third party vehicles or properties that have been damaged by the insured person.

Passenger Auto Personal Accident (AUTO-PA Per Passenger)

Covers medical, funeral, or hospitalization expenses for the injuries or deaths of other people riding the vehicle.

Personal Accident Insurance 24/7 (PA)

Accident insurance whether customer is in or outside the vehicle.

Acts of Nature (AON)

Covers damages caused by nature and other calamities.

Riot, Strikes & Civil Commotion (RSCC)

Cover against damages caused by RSCC.

Loss Of Use

Insurer will pay for the transportation expenses of the insured while waiting for the car to be repaired

Emergency Roadside Assistance

Includes services during the accident such as towing services, shuttle to destination or home, & hotel accomodation (2 nights max).
